Fridges - We will no longer allow students to bring their own fridges from 2025. We do however offer an option to add a Fridge to your room at a Rate of R200 per Month

Parking - Parking is Limited with only 13 Bays. If you chose to park your vehicle we can include it as part of the contract. Parking can be done on a Monthly basis and subject to availablity.

Renatl Duration - You have an option to select 3 different Rental Durations. This is how we will structure your contract. The Minmum Contract Duration we accept is 10 Months.
