Even if you are funded by a Bursary, we require a 3rd party to sign surety for you. This is in the event that you incur any additional charges during your rental not covered by the bursar.

Upload your Proof of Residence, the following is accepted as Proof of Residence. Letter from Village Chief, Affidavit from the person you are living with, Municipal Account, Municipal Letter confirming address. BANK STATEMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS PROOF OF RESIDENCE!!!!!
