Students who apply to stay with us have to indicate how they intend funding their stay with us.

Please provide the institution you are studying with.

If you select to pay as a Private Student, you will be required to submit the earnings of the person so we are able to determine afforablity. Please submit 3 Months Payslips or 3 Months Bank Statements as well as a Accountant letter confirming your income monthly.

Bursary Students are required to upload their Bursary Letters, if you dont have one for 2025 yet and you are confident you will be funded in the new year then please upload your current letter and you can update the letter once you receive the new letter.

For those who are applying for funding using NSFAS please bear in mind that, we cannot confirm your status with NSFAS until we commence the new year. All NSFAS Students will be required to be loaded as Cash Student and once we have received approval and start receiving payment from NSFAS we can at that point change you to a NSFAS FUNDED. We will require all NSFAS Students to provide a Surety in case NSFAS stops funding. Please submit Proof fo Income as part of your application. Please also note that our Room Rates are more then what NSFAS allows, all shortfalls need to be covered by the surety or student.
