Emergency Contact Information should be for someone we can contact in the event of an emergency. Please ensure the information contained here is accurate and correct. In the unlikely event you are not able to provide this information we need this to be able to contact the person mostly likely with information pertaining to you.
Medical Condition information, we require you to provide us with information about any medical condition you may have or have had, please include things like allergies ect. This is necessary and can save your life if a life thereatening situation occurs.
We require you to Upload a Proof of payment for the deposit, if you are a returning student please upload the payment from last year. Please note that if you have requested a refund we will not approve your room selection if you upload a proof of payment for last year as the deposit was refunded and will need to be paid.
