Our Prices will be discounted by upto 7% per month. Advanced payment will qualify for an additional 6% discount if the whole year is paid before end of February 2027.

Please register yourself and create a profile. To secure a room you are required to successfully complete your application.

Please Note that we are both NSFAS and POSA Accredited we accept all bursary types. We will be accepting a limited number of NSFAS students for 2027 their is a selected number of rooms, the application can only be finalised and booked in January once you confirm your NSFAS status.

If you wish to upgrade the room from the NSFAS allocated rooms you will need to apply as a private student and then we will faciliate the claim from the university.

The Non-Nsfas rooms will do not attract any topups NSFAS, We are not allowed to charge top ups on NSFAS students so NO TOPUPS can be processed if you apply as NSFAS student. Please contact us to find our more.

NB!!!! You will need to arrange the following documents to complete your application please ensure you complete all the require sections:

- Student Certified Copy of ID
- Proof of Residence for Student
(check below for accepted proof
residence)
- Proof of Registration with University or Institution for higher learning
- Surety Certified Copy of ID
- Proof of Residence for Surety
(check below for accepted proof
residence)
- Proof of Bursary funding (If you
are funded by a bursary and are
applying as a bursary student)
-Proof of Income for Surety
-Proof of Banking Letter (Letter can be obtained from your bank)
-Proof of Payment for the Application Fee R900 (Non-refundable)

Please ensure that you complete all the required information, please do not leave any information blank as this could cause your application to be rejected.

Upload your Proof of Residence (not older than 3 months), the following is accepted as Proof of Residence: Letter from Village Chief, Affidavit from the person you are living with, Municipal Account, Municipal Letter confirming your address.

BANK STATEMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS PROOF OF RESIDENCE!!!!!
