Check-in requests should be done (24-72) hours before the date you intend checking-in, please dont do requests if you dont intend checking in on the date selected. Requests need to be done at least 24 hours so we can prepare to receive you.
If you had your items placed in storage, please indicate how many boxes and please upload the proof of payment for the storage. We will have your items placed in your Room. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO FRIDGES AND MICROWAVES ARE ALLOWED AT CHECKIN. RETURNING STUDENTS, PLEASE ARRANGE TO REMOVE YOUR FRIDGES FROM OUR RESIDENCE IF YOU HAVENT DONE SO ALREADY.
The date you select for Checkout must be the date you intend moving into the residence. Check in times are between 8:00 and 16:30, Monday - Friday. If you require to move in on a weekend, please ensure you confirm with us that this is possible.
No Check-In will be permitted to happen in the basement parking area. All items need to be checked in with security. PLEASE NOTE THAT TSA IS DRUG AND ALCHOL FREE ZONE.
