Please check the MY ACCOUNT tab to see what your current Account Balance reflects. If your account is showing a Positive balance it means you owe the Residence money or there maybe a missing payment, if its in a negative it means there is a credit. Please send a Whatsapp to 0671804679 requesting a Statement so we can resolve your account Query in advance of you leaving. Failure to do so will result in your application to Leave being rejected. If you are checking out before Month End (November), please ensure your Rental for November is paid before you check out even if you are not staying for the Month of November.
Please ensure that your profile contains the correct room number and your personal information is correct.
Please ensure that you fill all relevant parts of the checkout form with information which is true and correct. WE WILL COME AND CHECK.
Please check size of files when taking pictures dont exceed 500mb.
Checkout requests should be done (24-72) hours before the date you intend leaving, please dont do requests if you intend leaving later then the date selected. Requests need to be done at least 24hours so a Representative can plan to be there with you on the day of check out.
Do not tick a Box stating the item is in the room if the item is not there, if you would like to explain why you dont have a specific item please use the Comments box at the bottom of the form to explain.
If you require storage for your belongings please tick the box for storage, please also fill in the TSA Application number you received when you did you application for 2025. We are only allowing students to Store goods if they have done an application and paid the Application fee.
The date you select for Checkout must be the date you intend leaving the residence. Check out times are between 8:00 and 16:30. Please ensure requests are completed Monday to Friday strictly, NO EMEGENCY checkouts will be allowed. If you wish to leave on the weekend please ensure your Check out is done during the week and not on the weekend you intend leaving.
Please ensure that when we come to do inspection all your belongs have been removed from the room. If you have selected Storage, please pack all your items into the Boxes we have provided. All boxes must be Sealed and Labeled with your name and can be left at the security to be stored. Boxes for Storage can be bought from the cafe.
